Instructions

1. Please fill out the form digitally to ensure clarity and accuracy, and take a screenshot once the form has been successfully submitted.

2. Use accurate and updated information in all fields.

3. Please attach a photocopy of your Photograph, Signature (initials may be used), and ICAI Membership ID (a screenshot from the SSP portal is acceptable).

4. Proceed with the payment using the attached QR code and take a screenshot.

5. Send the payment screenshot and your Membership ID to ‪+91 9059051949‬.

6. The filled membership form, along with the photocopy of the ICAI Membership ID card, will be carefully reviewed upon submission.

7. Once your application is reviewed, you will be added to the WhatsApp members group within 10 days.

8. Communication from ‪+91 9059051949‬ or aiwcaa2024@gmail.com should be considered as genuine communication from the association. We do not have any other communication channels at present.
